We understand that waiting all day for a delivery isn’t always convenient, so we offer free store collection on all orders, including samples, no matter what the order value*.

We are now offering a parcel delivery service for orders that are under 20kg - this will be £20. Please make sure you enter your contact number (preferably mobile) and you will be sent all of the relevant tracking information by DPD.

We aim to deliver Standard delivery service orders within three to five working days and Premium delivery within three working days.

The above prices apply to all UK Mainland addresses (excluding some regions in Scotland including the Scottish Highlands & Islands). UK mainland is defined as most parts of the island that comprises England, most of Scotland (excluding some areas in Scotland, Scottish Highlands & Islands) and Wales.

Once you have placed your order a member of our team will contact you to confirm your order and to arrange a kerbside delivery date that is convenient for you. If you require an urgent delivery please email helpdesk@tileflair.co.uk or call 0117 959 8891 and we will accommodate you as best as possible.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted on the agreed date and there is no safe location for the delivery to be left then a redelivery charge of £30 will need to be paid before we can attempt to redeliver (standard delivery).

For insurance and health and safety reasons our delivery drivers cannot deliver goods in to your property. Be ready to check your delivery against your order for any missing, damaged or wrong items. If you receive any broken tiles which cannot be used for cuts please contact the Helpdesk.

Tileflair endeavour to deliver your tiles as quickly as possible, but occasionally experience stock delays, which can sometimes extend the delivery timescale. Please email helpdesk@tileflair.co.uk or call 0117 959 8891 for further information and to check current stock levels.

Tile Samples: All tile samples are posted to you. Cut 100x100mm tile samples ordered before midday on weekdays are normally despatched from our warehouse within 2 working days and delivered via Royal Mail or DPD.

Full size samples ordered before midday on weekdays are normally despatched within 2 working days and delivered by either Royal Mail or DPD.

Special Order Tiles: Special order tiles are not stocked for the mass market - some tile designs are simply worth waiting for. Please note that the standard lead time for these tiles are 3-4 weeks providing factory have stock. You can email helpdesk@tileflair.co.uk or call 0117 959 8891 for updates regarding your order. Special order tile orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once shipped.

*Trims: Trims are excluded from the free delivery offer and a £19.99 delivery charge will be applied to any trim order. Delivery is expected to be within 48 working hours (exc. weekends).

Collect From Store: Some orders may require a 1-3 day lead time in order for us to transfer the goods from one of our other locations. A member of our team will contact you once your order is ready to be collected. For more information please call 0117 959 8891.
