Tile Returns Policy - Retail

We want you to feel confident in your tile choices.  If something's not quite right, here's how we can help.

Cancelling or Returning Your Order

Changed your mind? No problem. Contact us as soon as you decide to cancel and we'll do what we can to help. If it's too late to cancel delivery, we can help you arrange a return within the timescales below.

Inform us within... 14 days from delivery 
Return tiles within... 14 days after informing us
Refund processed within... 14 days after receiving goods.

* please note, special order, clearance and LVT tiles are non-cancellable and non-returnable.


Returning Surplus Tiles

Ordered a few too many tiles? You can return unopened, full box quantities within 30 days of delivery.

Inform us within...

Online orders: 14 days from final day of delivery 

in-store orders: N/A

Return tiles within...

30 days from delivery

Refund processed within...

14 days after receiving goods.


⚠️ Returns over 20% of the original order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

📦 Courier returns require pallet collection. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions (section 8) for full details.

Damaged Tiles or Shortages

If your order arrives with any issues, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right by:

❖ Replace the item
❖ Repair it (if appropriate)
❖ Refunding you.

 

Exclusions

 🚫 We're unable to refund or exchange items with faults flagged before or at the time of sale.
🚫 We're unable to accept returns of any products that were purchased from our clearance range.
